These Terms of Service govern your use of Reach, the guest account platform operated by The Ave Live ("520 Management LLC", "we", "us", or "our") at 520 N Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Reach is accessible at reach.theavelive.com and through the Reach mobile application.
By creating a Reach account, tapping a wristband, or otherwise using Reach, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
You must be 21 years of age or older to create a Reach account or enter The Ave Live. We verify age by government-issued identification at the door. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 21 will be terminated and any accumulated balances forfeited.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account, including your legal name, date of birth, and a phone number you control. Accounts created with false information may be suspended or terminated.
Your Reach account is personal to you and may not be shared, sold, transferred, or assigned. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Account access is secured by a one-time passcode sent to your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining control of that phone number and for notifying us promptly if you lose access to it or believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, for conduct that violates venue policy, or for suspected fraud or abuse.
Entry to certain events includes an NFC wristband. Tapping your wristband to your phone opens your Reach account. Your wristband is linked to your account for the duration of the event.
Payment processing is handled by our payment partner, Billfold. When you add a payment method, your card information is transmitted directly to Billfold and is never stored by The Ave Live. Your use of Billfold's services is subject to Billfold's own terms and privacy policy.
Wristbands are deactivated at the end of each event. Your Reach account, including your saved payment method and account history, persists between visits.
You are responsible for all charges made with your wristband. If you lose your wristband, notify venue staff immediately so it can be deactivated. Charges incurred before you report a lost wristband remain your responsibility.
Reach includes a points program. Points are earned through spending at the venue and through participation in platform activities as described in the app.
Points have no cash value. Points are not property, are not transferable except as expressly permitted within the platform, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, or exchanged outside Reach. Points are a promotional benefit and confer no ownership interest.
Points expire at the end of each season. Season dates are published in the app. Unredeemed points at season end are forfeited.
We may modify point values, earning rules, tier thresholds, reward availability, and redemption costs at any time. Changes apply prospectively. We will not reduce a points balance you have already earned except as described in these Terms.
Rewards are subject to availability. Redemption generates a code that must be presented at the venue before its stated expiration. Expired redemptions are refunded to your points balance automatically.
We may void points or redemptions obtained through fraud, error, system malfunction, or violation of these Terms, including creating multiple accounts, manipulating the platform, or exploiting technical defects.
Tier status reflects points earned within a season and resets when the season resets. Tier benefits are promotional and may be changed or discontinued.
Please read this section carefully.
The Ave Live photographs and records its events. Photography occurs throughout the venue, including at fixed photo stations and by roaming photographers.
By purchasing a ticket, entering the venue, or using Reach, you grant The Ave Live an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to photograph and record you, and to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute your name, image, likeness, and voice as captured at our events for any purpose, including advertising, marketing, and promotion of the venue, its events, and its partners, in any medium now known or later developed.
You waive any right to inspect or approve such use, and you waive any claim for compensation arising from it, including claims under 42 Pa.C.S. § 8316 and any similar right of publicity or privacy law.
Notice of photography is posted at the venue entrance. If you do not consent to being photographed, do not enter.
Photos delivered to you. When you tap your wristband at a photo station or for a photographer, photos from that moment are delivered to your Reach gallery. You may download and share these photos for personal, non-commercial use. Photos remain our property.
Removing a photo from your gallery. You may remove any photo from your own gallery in the app. Removal hides the photo from your account. It does not delete the photo from our records, from the galleries of other guests who appear in it, or from any use we have already made or may make of it under the license above.
Requesting removal from marketing. If you wish to request that a specific published image not be used in future marketing, contact us at the address in Section 13. We will consider such requests in good faith but are not obligated to grant them, and removal does not affect materials already produced or distributed.

Account messages. By providing your phone number and creating your account, you consent to receive account text messages, including one-time passcodes, redemption confirmations, account notices, and tier status updates. Reply STOP to stop all Reach text messages, including account and promotional messages. You will not receive login codes by text while opted out. Reply START to resume account messages; promotional messages still require your separate consent.
Promotional messages. Promotional messages, including time-limited offers and event announcements, require your separate express written consent, given by checking the promotional messages box during account creation or in your account settings. Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchase or of using Reach. You may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP or by changing your settings.
You agree not to:
Violation may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of points and rewards, removal from the venue, and denial of future entry.
Use of Reach does not modify or supersede venue policies, entry requirements, dress code, capacity limits, or the venue's right to refuse service or entry to any person for any lawful reason.
Skip-the-line and expedited entry benefits are subject to capacity, safety requirements, staff discretion, and applicable law. They do not guarantee entry.
Reach is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed messages, failed transactions, unavailable rewards, data loss, or any consequence of service interruption, network failure, device incompatibility, or failure of a third-party service including our payment processor, messaging provider, or hosting provider.
Technical errors do not entitle you to points, rewards, or credits you did not properly earn. We reserve the right to correct any error in your balance.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACH IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AVE LIVE ("520 MANAGEMENT LLC"), ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF REACH.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO REACH SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE AVE LIVE THROUGH REACH IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. Where prohibited, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Ave Live ("520 Management LLC") and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of Reach, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of another person.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at the address in Section 13 and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. YOU AND THE AVE LIVE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.
Opt out. You may opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver by sending written notice to the address in Section 13 within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other provision.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at reach.theavelive.com with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, close your account.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Reach.
