This Privacy Policy explains what information The Ave Live ("520 Management LLC", "we", "us", or "our") collects through Reach, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.
Reach is operated at 520 N Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is accessible at reach.theavelive.com and through the Reach mobile application.
Reach is for guests 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we delete it and terminate the account.
Account information. Your legal name, date of birth, and phone number. These are required to create an account. Your name and date of birth are also used to connect your account to your visit history at the venue.
Optional information. Email address for account recovery, profile photo, and drink preferences. You may provide these or not.
Payment method. When you add a card or Apple Pay, that information is transmitted directly to our payment processor, Billfold. We never receive, see, or store your card number. We store only a reference identifier issued by Billfold.
Linked accounts. If you connect Instagram, TikTok, or Google, we receive the account identifier and basic public profile data those services provide. We do not receive your password. You may disconnect at any time.
Survey responses. Answers to in-app surveys about your visit and your preferences.
Identification at entry. We scan government-issued identification at the door through our age verification provider, VEMOS. This captures your name, date of birth, and the time of your entry. This applies to every guest, whether or not you use Reach.
Wristband activity. The identifier of the wristband assigned to you, and every tap you make with it inside the venue, including at bars, photo stations, and other tap points.
Purchases. Every transaction made with your wristband, including the item, category, amount, tip, location within the venue, and time. We receive this from Billfold.
Visit history. Dates you attended, events you attended, and entry times. This includes visits that occurred before you created a Reach account.
Points activity. Points earned and spent, the source of each, tier status, streaks, and redemption history.
Photographs. Photographs taken of you at the venue, including at photo stations and by roaming photographers, and the association between those photographs and your account when you tap your wristband.
Network data. When your device connects to venue WiFi, our network equipment records the access point your device associates with and the strength of that connection. We use this only in aggregate, to understand how crowds move through the venue across a full night. We do not use it to determine the location of any individual guest, and no feature of Reach exposes an individual's location.
Device and usage data. Device type, operating system, browser, IP address, and how you use the app.
By entering the venue and by using Reach, you grant us a license to use your image and likeness for promotional purposes. The full terms of that license are in Section 5 of our Terms of Service. Please read it.
In summary: we photograph our events, we deliver photographs to your Reach gallery when you tap, and we may use photographs from our events in our marketing. Notice of photography is posted at the entrance.
You may remove any photograph from your own gallery in the app. Removal hides it from your account but does not delete it from our records, from the galleries of other guests in the same photograph, or from marketing materials.
We do not currently use facial recognition or any biometric identification technology. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers who operate parts of the platform on our behalf:
Each provider is bound by its own terms and privacy practices. Billfold, VEMOS, and DICE retain data under their own schedules, which we do not control.
We also retain historical guest data from TIXR, a ticketing platform we previously used.
We may share information with venue partners who provide services at our events, with professional advisors, with law enforcement or regulators when required by law, and with a successor entity in the event of a sale or merger of the business.
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you individually. If we ever provide guest data to event sponsors, it will be aggregated and anonymized, never individual.
We retain your Reach account information for five (5) years after your last visit or account activity, whichever is later. After that we delete or de-identify it.
Some information is kept longer where required:
Our service providers retain data under their own schedules. Deleting your Reach account does not delete records held independently by Billfold, VEMOS, or DICE. To request deletion from those providers, contact them directly.
You may request deletion of your Reach account at any time by emailing privacy@theavelive.com from the email or phone number associated with your account, or by writing to the address in Section 11.
When we delete your account:
The following are not deleted:
We will confirm your request and complete deletion within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Account messages, including one-time passcodes and redemption confirmations, are necessary to operate your account. To stop receiving them, close your account.
Promotional messages require your separate express consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP or changing your settings. Withdrawing promotional consent does not affect account messages.
Full details are in our SMS Terms.
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls limiting staff access to what their role requires, database-level security restricting each guest to their own records, and signed verification for redemption codes.
Your card number never touches our systems.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information at your own risk.
Reach connects to our other platforms so you see your full relationship with the venue in one place. If your phone number matches a table reservation, your reservations appear in Reach. If you are an ambassador in our promoter program, that appears as well.
These platforms share your identity but are operated under this same policy by the same entity.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted at reach.theavelive.com with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
